NAVIS WAR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Navis War (the "Game"), including any associated NFTs, tokens, or digital assets, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to this Agreement, Navis War grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies involve significant risks
  • The value of digital assets, including NAVIX tokens and in-game NFTs, can be highly volatile
  • Transaction fees and network conditions are beyond our control
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite security audits

4. GAMEPLAY AND DIGITAL ASSETS

4.1. Ownership

  • You own any NFTs or tokens properly purchased through official channels
  • Game assets without blockchain representation remain property of Navis War
  • The Game's intellectual property rights remain with Navis War

4.2. Free-to-Play

  • Basic gameplay features are available without cryptocurrency
  • Enhanced features may require digital asset ownership

5. DISCLAIMERS

5.1.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5.2. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Financial returns or profits
  • Specific token or NFT values
  • Permanent availability of game features
  • Recovery of lost digital assets

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navis War shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or digital assets
  • Network or blockchain-related issues
  • Third-party actions
  • Technical malfunctions
  • Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify game features and mechanics
  • Update this Agreement
  • Adjust tokenomics and reward systems
  • Suspend or terminate services

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law.

9. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Users must:

  • Comply with local laws and regulations
  • Be of legal age in their jurisdiction
  • Not use the Game where prohibited
  • Not engage in money laundering or illegal activities

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You acknowledge that:

  • Blockchain gaming involves financial risk
  • Past performance doesn't guarantee future results
  • You should not invest more than you can afford to lose
  • This is a gaming platform, not a financial investment product
